据有关媒体消息，6月9日，缅军政权外交部长吴温纳貌伦在内比都与柬埔寨副首相兼外长东盟缅甸问题特使布拉索昆举行会谈。会谈中温纳貌伦表示：“缅甸发生的事情是内政问题，不应被视为地区或国际问题”。
吴温纳貌伦称，目前正在与各少数民族武装组织举行谈判，努力恢复民主。同时，东盟五项共识的落实也取得了重大进展，并将按照规则与东盟合作。
布拉索昆表示，柬埔寨认为缅甸问题应积极讨论，不应被排除在外。我们对在落实《东盟宪章》第四点人道主义援助方面取得的进展感到高兴。他说，其余的将以互惠互利的方式商定和实施。
据有关消息人士透露，布拉索昆在会谈中曾提到与被拘留的昂山素季会面，但未得到缅军政权的批准。

Brasokhun said that Cambodia believes that the Myanmar issue should be actively discussed and should not be excluded. We are pleased with the progress made in implementing the fourth point of the ASEAN Charter for humanitarian assistance. The rest will be agreed and implemented in a mutually beneficial manner, he said.
According to relevant sources, Brah Sokon had mentioned meeting with the detained Aung San Suu Kyi during the talks, but it had not been approved by the Tatmadaw regime.
