【果敢资讯网】7月29日讯：2022年7月28日上午9点，缅甸民族民主同盟军（MNDAA）311旅在红岩解放区顺利召开2022年新兵集训中队开训动员大会。311旅旅主官、驻红岩解放区各单位主官及参训学员共160余人参加大会。会议由集训中队中队长李德强主持。
会上，集训中队副中队长首先做开训动员讲话。表示同志们虽然来自不同的区乡，但参军都是为了民族民主革命事业这一目标而努力奋斗。希望参训同志克服一切困难，努力练好强身本领。
参训学员代表作了表态发言。表示“新兵集训是我们成为一名合格军人必不可少的重要一环，也是一个新兵转向老兵变成的一个过程。全体学员将不负上级期望，在训练中刻苦学习，遵守纪律，锻炼坚强意志，养成良好的学风和生活作风，努力掌握军事技能”。
会议最后，311旅字副政委作了发言，首先代表311旅党委及全体官兵对响应特区政府号召，光荣入伍的新兵同志表示热烈的欢迎。指出他们的加入为311旅增添了新鲜血液，注入了新生力量。
字副政委向参训同志提出具体要求。强调全体人员要做好思想准备，实现角色的转变。要把集训中队当作一个大家庭，与战友搞好团结，重视集体荣誉。要以积极的心态投入到部队的工作、学习、训练和生活中，营造“比、学、赶、帮、超”的学习训练氛围，树立起在部队建功立业的决心和信心。
