据相关媒体报道，接近法院的消息人士透露，今日（8月15日），缅军政权控制下的内比都监狱特别法庭将对缅甸国务资政昂山素季被指控与杜庆芝基金会有关的4起腐败案件作出判决。
判决是在该案经过一年多审理后作出的，系被根据《反腐败法》第55条提出的指控，最高刑期可达15年。据悉，昂山素季涉及有关购买直升机的腐败案指控也将继续进行调查。
在国际社会要求释放军事政变后被拘留的政治领导的情况下，昂山素季仍被判处了至少10年的监禁，并已被移至内比都监狱。除了根据《国家保密法》被起诉的案件以及可能导致重罚的腐败案外，她仍然面临其它指控。
Four corruption charges against Aung San Suu Kyi to be sentenced today
According to relevant media reports, sources close to the court revealed that today (August 15), the Nay Pyi Taw Prison Special Court under the control of the Burmese military regime will hear the charges against Myanmar State Counselor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi accused of being related to the Du Qingzhi Foundation. The verdict came after more than a year of trial in the case, which was charged under Section 55 of the Anti-Corruption Act, which carries a maximum sentence of 15 years. It is reported that Aung San Suu Kyi's alleged corruption involving the purchase of helicopters will also continue to be investigated.
Aung San Suu Kyi remains sentenced to at least 10 years in prison and has been moved to Nay Pyi Taw prison amid international calls for the release of the political leader detained after the military coup. She still faces other charges, in addition to a case indicted under the National Secrets Act and a corruption case that could result in heavy fines.
