在讲话中，敏昂莱还表示，在其集团发动军事政变18个月以来，缴获了6300多件不同的武器、30万余件不同类型的弹药，12000枚不同的手榴弹及地雷，6236名有关人员被逮捕。
自2021年2月1日至今年7月23日，全国共发生炸弹及地雷袭击事件7246起，实施袭击杀戮事件6567起，纵火事件1094起。造成行政官员及平民3483人死亡、3065人受伤。
但在敏昂莱的讲话中，并不包括在缅军实施的枪击事件中被逮捕或被杀害的人。据政治犯援助协会（AAPP）统计，自缅军发动军事政变以来，已有2138名无辜平民丧生，11820人被逮捕，其中1364人被判入狱。

In his speech, Min Aung Hlaing also said that since his group launched the military coup 18 months ago, more than 6,300 different weapons, more than 300,000 different types of ammunition, 12,000 different grenades and mines, 6,236 related personnel have been seized. Personnel were arrested.
From February 1, 2021 to July 23 this year, there have been 7,246 bomb and landmine attacks, 6,567 attacks and killings, and 1,094 arson attacks across the country. 3,483 administrative officials and civilians were killed and 3,065 were injured.
