据悉，双方还将签署俄缅经济合作战略升级协议。关于经济合作战略升级的第二轮会谈于2017年在俄罗斯莫斯科举行，第三轮会谈计划于今年年底举行。
根据俄罗斯外交部的声明显示，缅军政权对俄罗斯向缅甸提供包括天然气在内的燃料和能源资源及俄罗斯公司访问投资缅甸境内的石油和天然气生产项目感兴趣。
俄罗斯外交部声明称，双方已经开始讨论民用核工业领域开展务实的相互合作以及建立俄缅直航航线等问题。

The second round of talks on the strategic upgrade of economic cooperation was held in Moscow, Russia in 2017, and the third round of talks is scheduled to be held by the end of this year.
