The volunteer added that on June 23, a doctor named Win Lwin Oo and a medical worker from the Pa-Oh Health Working Committee (PHWC) provided services for the displaced and local residents of Xisheng Town. Free mobile medical services are provided. Fighting between the YPG and the Tatmadaw regime in Karenni and Pekhen townships in Shan states continues to rage, as a result of which the displaced are afraid to return to their homes.
